Are your pits smelly? Can I give you a tip before you jump straight into an all natural deodorant? Maybe you have tried before and it just "didn't work"?
I hear this alot! Did you know that you should detox your armpits before moving to an all natural deodorant? Years of using chemical deodorants will leave chemical residue such as aluminium in your glands and until this is detoxed, your armpits will not be able to work in harmony with a natural deodorant to stop the smell.
There are also a few things to consider...
1 - Natural deodorants allow your body to release sweat as it should, to eliminate toxins. You should not be expecting it to act as an "anti-perspirant" which is a terrible idea anyway!
2 - Your body odour will reflect the health of your insides... In other words, the more processed foods you eat (and lack of water) will have you a little stinker than you should be. Up your water intake and lay off the processed food and drink! Your armpits, health and skin will thank you!
So how do you detox?
